Through our secure portal and Registered Dietitians, participants have unique access to a wealth of resources ranging from plant-focused recipes to reputable sources of evidence-based information for recommendations to decrease risk of chronic disease and improve quality of life. Weekly Harvest Guides are also provided to inform participants of produce availability and proper techniques for harvesting. See below for examples from our

Self-Observation

Via the secure web portal, participants can access additional resources from our Registered Dietitians, such as nutrition and fitness tips and short exercise videos tailored to their unique needs. Additionally, the portal serves as a hub for individualized health data that participants can utilize to track their progress throughout our intensive interventions. Participants even have the opportunity to communicate and encourage one another to meet their personal health goals through development of a virtual community.

Educational Information

HOPE Lab’s secure web portal contains detailed information about the program and resources to support adherence to evidence-based recommendations such as nutrition and physical activity information. Additionally, PDF versions of presentations from expert-led education sessions are provided via the portal to allow participants to refer back and better reinforce the information provided in group education sessions.
