Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal (uncooked) 

  • ½ cup coconut (shredded or flaked) 

  • 1 cup pecans (chopped, walnuts, or peanuts) 

  • ¼ cup honey 

  • ¼ cup margarine (liquid) 

  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

  • ⅔ cup raisins 


Preparation

  1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking. Thoroughly wash all fresh produce.

  2. Heat oven to 350˚ F

  3. Bake in a 13x9 inch baking pan at 350˚ F. for 25-30 minutes 

  4. Stir the mix every 5 minutes

  5. Serve and enjoy!
