This stir-fry is not only packed with flavor, but it's also packed with nutrients! Cabbage is rich in vitamins C and K, while bell peppers provide additional vitamins and antioxidants. Give it a try for a nutritious dinner that comes together in a snap!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • 1 cup chopped onion  

  • 2 medium green peppers (chopped)                               

  • 1 small head cabbage (chopped)  

  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped, or ½ teaspoon of garlic powder) 

  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium 


Preparation

  1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking. Thoroughly wash all fresh produce.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet 

  3. Add onions, peppers, cabbage, and garlic to skillet and cook over medium heat until vegetable is tender 

  4. Add soy sauce and stir until sauce boils 

  5. Serve and enjoy!
