Indulge in a soothing cup of Cinnamon Green Tea, a delightful blend of green tea with a dash of cinnamon. This tea is naturally sweetened, making it a great alternative to teas high in added sugar. Green tea is known for its high antioxidant content, which may boost metabolism, while cinnamon boats anti-inflammatory properties that may help regulate blood sugar levels. Enjoy this refreshing tea as a perfect companion for your wellness journey!

Ingredients
1 small bunch mint, preferably spearmint (about 15 sprigs)
4 cinnamon sticks (3 inches each)
1-2 thin slices of fresh ginger
6 cups cold water
4 bags green tea, regular or decaffeinated
6 tablespoons 100% apple juice concentrate, or to taste
Preparation
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking. Thoroughly wash all fresh herbs.
Place mint, cinnamon sticks and ginger in large saucepan. Add water, cover pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags, mint, ginger and cinnamon sticks, reserving sticks. Sweeten hot tea to taste with apple juice. Pour into mugs, add cinnamon sticks for garnish and serve.
