This colorful salsa is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber, which promote healthy digestion and boosts immune health. Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced peaches OR pineapple tidbits

    in 100% juice, drained

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 2 jalapeño peppers, diced

  • 1 cup red bell peppers, diced

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 bag of whole-grain baked scoops


Preparation

  1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking. Thoroughly wash all fresh produce.

  2. Place peaches or pineapples, raspberries, peppers,

    and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Stir well.

  3. Serve with 100% whole-grain tortilla chips.

  4. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate at 40°F.
