Fruit dipped in peanut butter makes for a simple, nutritious snack. Apples and bananas are known classic choices to pair with peanut butter, but feel free to try out other fruit combos! Regardless of the fruit you choose, you are guaranteed a delicious snack full of fiber, vitamins, and protein!

Ingredients
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
⅔ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
6 cups fruit, sliced
Preparation
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking. Thoroughly wash all fresh produce.
To make the dip, soften peanut butter in microwave for 10 to 20 seconds on high.
Stir yogurt into peanut butter in a small bowl. Refrigerate.
Prepare fruit by washing and slicing.
Arrange fruit on a plate with the bowl of dip in the center. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
