This High Protein Buffalo Dip is a creamy and flavorful blend of Greek yogurt, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce, perfect for a satisfying snack or appetizer. Packed with lean protein, it helps support muscle growth and repair, while the probiotics in Greek yogurt promote gut health, making this dip not only delicious but also a nutritious addition to your diet.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of shredded chicken breast (you can use canned chunked chicken or cooked whole chicken breasts)

  • 1⁄2 cup (4oz) low fat, plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 low-fat spreadable cheese wedges (like Laughing Cow)

  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce of choice

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing

  • Black pepper


Preparation

  1. Place 8 ounces of shredded chicken breast into a bowl.

  2. Add in the Greek yogurt and spreadable cheese. Fold into shredded chicken, microwave for 1 minute, then stir to mix ingredients together.

  3. Drizzle in the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Stir well, adding more buffalo sauce as needed.

  4. Add black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
