Creamy, protein-packed overnight oats with peanut butter and strawberries — a quick, satisfying breakfast that’s ready when you wake up.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp creamy natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries

  • Optional: chia seeds, cinnamon, or extra peanut butter for topping

Preparation

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey.

  2. Stir well until the peanut butter is fully incorporated.

  3. Fold in the sliced strawberries.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

  5. In the morning, stir again and top with more strawberries or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
