Ingredients
1 cup dry oats (old-fashioned or quick-cooking)
¼ cup sunflower butter
¼ cup honey
½ cup raisins
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger, optional
½ teaspoon vanilla, optional
Preparation
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before you begin cooking.
Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until
well-combined (the mixture will be sticky).
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
to allow the oats to absorb necessary moisture.
Remove from the refrigerator and use a measuring spoon to scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand.
Roll into a ball.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with remaining mixture.
